After over thirty years in the construction business with large construction management firms in Chicago, Joe LaPaglia decided to continue his service locally in Naperville during the fall of 2009. Joe is the President of Riviera Consortium, a construction, development and project management company.

Riviera Consortium, a business based in the Naperville Promenade, specializes in facility management of schools and churches. Riviera Consortium manages facilities for Wheatland Salem Church in Naperville and Oswego, as well as church campuses for Community Christian Church in Naperville and Plainfield.
